1. Shipping Area

  • NÉLA ships products to all countries within the European Union (EU).

  • For shipments outside the EU, additional shipping costs and customs procedures may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: €6.95 per order

  • Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €100

  • EU countries: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and package weight.

  • Outside the EU: Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of the package. Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes.


3. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 3 business days after payment has been received.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

If unexpected delays occur, customers will be informed immediately.


4. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped exclusively through PostNL.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.

The risk of damage or loss during transport remains with NÉLA until the package has been delivered to the customer or a representative designated by the customer (Dutch Civil Code Article 7:46).


5. Package Delivery

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery:

  • The package may be delivered to a PostNL pickup location, or

  • A new delivery attempt may be scheduled.

Additional costs for special delivery services (such as express delivery or evening delivery) will be clearly communicated in advance and are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If the package is:

  • Damaged

  • Missing items

NÉLA will replace the product or compensate the damage in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (Dutch Civil Code Article 7:17).


7. Returns

Returns must follow the withdrawal procedure described in our Terms & Conditions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

  • For EU customers, return instructions and the return address will be provided upon request.


8. International Shipments

For shipments outside the EU:

  • Additional import duties, customs charges, and taxes may apply.

  • These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local delivery services.
